The activity is concerned with the manufacture of various kinds of Halawa Tahina, such as plain Halawa or mixed with chocolate, peanuts, pistachio or other additives. One of its components is sesame seeds which is included in the production, which are undergoing multiple stages in manufacturing such as filtration, roasting, drying and grinding and then mixing sesame flour with the rest of the ingredients, such as oil, sugar and flavorings and then packing.
