Includes advisory offices specialized engineering and preparing designs, drawings and specifications of engineering consultancy in the field of engineering and mining equipment in the use of the type and quality of machines and appropriate to local conditions which suit the mines in question, nor shall the architect or the Office of the engineering consultancy work in non-specialization or licensed by the classification.
