The activity is concerned with the manufacturing vegetable ghee, and this process is done on cheap vegetable oils, such as soy, sunflower, cottonseed, and the like, by hydrogenation, i.e. adding hydrogen to the oil after raising its temperature, and then adding stimulating materials to reach the final form of the oils to the common ghee.
