Includes certain industrial operations carried out on waste and iron and metal scrap, such as pressing or cutting, in order to prepare such waste for re-smelting for the production of ingots, cylinders or iron and metal rods, firms practicing this activity are not allowed to deal in military waste and scrap such as weapons and explosives.
