Lactose is used in many industries, including: • Lactose is used as a suitable medium for the growth of penicillium mushrooms for the purpose of producing penicillin. • Linking flavors and smells in the food industry. • Manufacturing low-sugar foods. • Increase product life, storage capacity for extended periods, and other uses. - Casein is a solid protein found in cow's milk. It is manufactured using the same technology as lactose production. Casein has many uses, including: Weight control, muscle growth, etc.
